Newage welcomes Raj Parameswaran as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He possesses a decorated career graph of 25+ years in IT sales added with years of entrepreneurial exposure in several industries. He is specialized in customer and profit-centric business transformation outsourcing with complete expertise in delivery, expansion of service capacity, practice, operations and P&L management.

Before joining Newage, Raj has worked with different fortune 500 companies. He served as Senior Vice President and Business Head - Global Sales and Account Management at CSS Corp, where he managed Europe and USA region. Prior to this position, he held designations like sales Leader for Digital Enterprise, Big Data & Analytics, Mobile and IoT at DXC, North America Sales Leader at SQS in software quality services driving new and existing business; Strategic Business Unit Head and Chief Client Officer, Americas - Banking and Financial Services managing sales, delivery and operations at Polaris Financial Technologies. Early career as VP and Delivery Executive in banking and capital markets at Capgemini and various delivery positions at iGATE.

Raj completed his MS in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport, CT, USA, and MBA from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. He has a great passion for backpacking, listening to Carnatic music, and spending time with the family.

At Newage, he will handle all sales, presales, marketing, and business development activities. He will hold complete responsibility for generating business, leading our expansion plans and growing revenue. Under his guidance, Newage aspires to touch zenith in sales, presales, marketing, and various other business development activities.
